This house was approved and developed for STUDENT APARTMENTS over 13 years ago! For this reason, ONLY STUDENTS with a valid university ID can be accepted.
The apartment is located on the backyard side on the 2nd house on the 1st floor without elevator and consists of a living room/bedroom in one with a small combined kitchen (2 hotplates, sink, fridge with freezer compartment), washing machine connection, bathroom with shower and toilet, equipped with central heating, aluminum windows and laminate flooring. In the backyard there is a communal garden for all tenants!
ONLY for 1 PERSON:
Approx. 30m2 living space not guaranteed
Rent: 575 euros including utilities, VAT, heating, hot water, electricity, gas
(EVERYTHING is included in the rent and there is no billing).
Internet connection is available, but at YOUR OWN expense!
Deposit: 1800 euros
Limited to 3 years, with a notice period after 1 year and 6 weeks possible! Option to extend possible, if the tenancy is problem-free! and in consultation with the landlord!
Students without their own income need a guarantee from one of the working parents!
Due to the ordering principle, individual viewing appointments are no longer carried out and the open house viewing will be announced in good time.
