If you would like to use our services:

Our consulting service is 180 euros per hour plus 20% VAT . 

Residential property service:

• search including 5 exposé presentation
• up to 5 properties Residential property
• viewings of up to 5 properties
• Support in submitting the legally binding rental offer in advance 
• Supprt by signing of the rental contract
• Support handover protocol of the apartment 
• Support in registering energy suppliers
• Support information on registration form formalities

* All other services must be paid extra according to agreement and workload! 

* Not includedpayment for the real estate broke

Support recommendations to professional lawyers/tax advisors /insurance agent:

We are working with very perferssional lawyers and tax advisors together! 

• Recommendations to 1 Lawyer
• Recommendations to 1 Tax advisor 
• Recommendations to 1 Insurance agent

Additional payment for the time or services from the recommendations is up to the own Service tariff prices and it's not including in our packages! 

We do not assume any responsibility or guarantee for the recommendations. This depends on the specialist

Small Service package:

Residential property service in Vienna or Bratislava:

• search including 2 exposé presentation
• up to 2 properties Residential property
• viewings of up to 2 properties
• Support in submitting the legally binding rental offer in advance 
• Support information on registration form formalities

* All other services must be paid extra according to agreement and workload!

* Additional payment for the real estate broker is not included in our packages! This depends of the contract with the agent

Conditions:

• In order to use our service, you must pay the desired service package 50 % in advance. 
• We will only take action if our services are paid for in advance. 
• Due to unpleasant experiences, we unfortunately have to inform our customers of this type of procedure. 
• You must pay for the rest of the services within 3 days before our service ends!
